The biggest and greatest venture in the history of the institution is that the M.I. High School provides Primary, Secondary & Higher Secondary School education to about 1400 students of Motavarachha and out of area without any communal bar. The Secondary education is from K.G. to STD - XII, with the help of the donors, the building has 40 rooms. School building was erected on Late Dr. M.E. Seedat family's land since June 1970. There are at present 34 enthusiastic, duty conscious teachers, 3 clerks and 3 peons & 04 sweepers, 01 watchman & 01 gardener who give their at most services to the institution. The institution has completed its 104 glorious years of best services and has spread its sweet fragrance all over south Gujarat.
Formerly in the past Motavarachha was a village surrounded from all sides with lush green orchards now that has turned a past memory. Since 2006 A.D. it has become the part of Surat city. Agricultural lands have now housed the sky scrappers (tall buildings) and attractive housing societies. The peasants (farmers) are no longer the farmers. The jumbo population of newly developed areas is much bigger than that of original village in the past.
In the past time Motavarachha was well known for the communal harmony and unity between Hindus and Muslims. Later since 1998 from Saurashtra Part of Gujarat different communities’ people came here to settle and by the virtue of which our M.I. Educational Complex has become along with the communal community, a centre of regional diversities in which Hindu, Muslims, Christians & Jain students are gaining the education. Similarly apart from different parts of Gujarat from various states of India aliens in quest of livelihood have settle down here and their children have mixed up with the local students in being educated and quenching their thirst of education.
So our school has become the joint symbol of communal harmony and diversities. Most of the students studying in the school are coming from lower middle or the poor classes. The school doesn’t wish any student drop out from half way the study due to lake of funds. Hence as many as 400 are provided the help in the forms of fees, their uniforms, text books and the stationeries used in their schooling out of the funds gathered from the school management other philanthropist and some well-to-do students that mounts for more than 3,00,000 rupees.
The child grows three years old since his schooling begins by the age of 17 he finishes his school education at home itself. For this purpose the institute has also begun the K.G. for the tiny tots in which now more than 160 tiny tots are learning. Side by side the Std. 11th & 12th are also given good start with main intention that he teen aged girls haven’t to go out of their home for higher secondary division. And there is a very good spirit booster response to this endeavor. For three constants years the Std. 12th (HSC) result came 100%. They are the years 2006, 2007, 2008 while for the year 2009 Std. 12th (HSC) result stood to be 91%. Up to 2009 of Std. 10th (SSC) as many as 22 batches appeared the board exams out of which seven times the result came out to be more than 90%. And we have been success in achieving more than 80% landslide results for five times which is thanks to the hard relentless work and the parents’ proper co-operation. Our school is not merely concentrated on just imparting the student is made in his life in every field say input good cultures in to them and they are given the chance to educe their smug talents inherent in them. For his purpose various competitions, debates quizzes etc. are arranged through out the year in which they students) are taking part aspirant.
